EPC-Factory is the cost effective way to lift the burden of data inputting from Energy Consultants’ shoulders, freeing up time for more site assessments

EPC-Factory is a new concept in streamlining the production of Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs). At the heart of the process is an approved software program based on a tried and tested software platform enhanced specifically to produce EPCs and it has a direct link to the governments SBEM calculator.

Starting with a set of plans (CAD or paper based) and a site report detailing the services, construction etc EPC-Factory will populate a comprehensive relational database, for checking by the energy assessor.

Once the assessor has checked the data model an EPC can be produced almost instantaneously in full compliance with the European Directive.
